Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For orders up to $249.99 Standard Shipping is $2.95, and Expedited (2-3 Days) is $6.95.

Orders between $250-$2,499.99 Standard Shipping is free, and Expedited (2-3 Days) is $9.95.

Orders between $2,500+ Standard Shipping is free, and Expedited (2-3 Days) is $14.95.

If you have a need for faster shipping such as next day, please call us for a quote (we are Eastern Time).

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

We try to keep in stock most items, so if we have it on hand, we typically ship the same day or next business day.  Standard shipping typically takes 4-9 business days.  Expedited Shipping takes 2-3 business days.

If we don’t have your items in stock, we will try to contact you to either send a partial order, or wait until we have all the items.  We place orders at the beginning of the week and receive inventory mid week most weeks, so even if your product is not in stock, we can typically ship it out within 6 business days.

How Do I Track My Order?

You should receive a notification from the shipping carrier when we ship your item, and you can follow it on their website (Either USPS or UPS).

Please feel free to contact us if you can’t locate your tracking number.

Do I Need An Account To Place Order?

No, we do have a guest checkout, but we do recommend registering so your information is saved for future orders!

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes!  However it is not currently set up on our website to ship to Canada.  Please use the contact us page or call us to find out more about shipping to Canada.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Opened and Unopened Product

A customer has 90 days from the purchase date to return opened or unopened product for a full refund. After 90 days and up to one year of the purchase date, a store credit can be issued for the price the product is at the time of the return only if it’s lower than the purchase price. If the price is higher, the purchase price will be issued. Shipping costs will be taken care of by the customer.  

 

Private Labeled Product

A customer has 90 days from the purchase date to return private labeled product for store credit. A customer can also return defective private labeled product within 90 days. After 90 days, a customer can return defective units for replacements or store credit. Shipping costs will be taken care of by the customer.  

 

Defective Product

Defective products can be exchanged at no charge, for the same product purchased, within one year of the purchase date. Shipping costs will be taken care of by Everything But Stromboli.

 

Services

Everything But Stromboli will not issue refunds for services such as bulk orders, duplication and preloading.
