What kind of Shipping does EBS offer?

For US Orders:

Orders up to $99 standard shipping is $4.85, and Expedited (2-3 Days) is $9.75

Orders between $99 – $2,499.99 Standard Shipping is free, and Expedited (2-3 Days) is $17.65.

Orders $2,500+ Standard Shipping is free, and Expedited (2-3 Days) is $23.55.

Overnight shipping is available for the default rate of $89.95. Please call to receive a custom quote. Overnight orders placed on Friday are not guaranteed to arrive on Saturday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays so orders placed from Friday evening through Sunday will not ship until Monday.

For Canada Orders:

For orders up to $249.99 UPS Worldwide Expedited 2-4 days is $44.99.

Orders between $250-$2,499.99 UPS Worldwide Expedited 2-4 days is $49.99. 

Orders between $2,500+ UPS Worldwide Expedited 2-4 days is $79.99.

When will I receive my package?

You should receive a notification from the shipping carrier when we ship your item, and you can follow it on their website (Either USPS or UPS). Please feel free to contact us if you can’t locate your tracking number.

How long will it take to get my order?

If we have the product you ordered in stock, we typically ship the same day or next business day. Standard shipping takes 3-6 business days. Expedited Shipping takes 2-3 business days, starting the next business day after the order is placed.

If we don’t have your items in stock, we will try to contact you to either send a partial order, or wait until we have all the items. If your product is not in stock, we can typically ship it out within 6 business days.

How soon can this order go out?

We can ship your order out within 1-2 business days as long as we have the product available in our warehouse. We would love to work with you over the phone to find the best options for you. Give us a call.

Where is this order shipping from?

We are located in Lancaster PA. All of your products are shipping directly from our warehouse.

Will EBS send me, the customer, tracking information when my order ships?

Yes, when your order is sent out our shipping department will send the tracking information to the email address provided to us.

Does EBS blind ship?

Yes, we can blind ship.

What happens when my, the customer, order fails? The transaction is still showing up in my statement.

In some cases orders do fail. That could be for a number of reasons. When that does happen your bank thinks the order went through when in fact it did not. It takes some time for the bank to realize that the order failed and when they do the money will be placed back into your account and taken off your statement.

Can EBS send me, the customer, an invoice?

Yes, We can send you an invoice. We will need your contact information, such as Billing and shipping address, Customer Name, and Customer Email. Once we receive that information and what product you want we will send you an Invoice. When you pay we will also send you a paid invoice.

Does EBS have a minimum order quantity?

No, we do not have an MOQ! Although we specialize in bulk orders, we sell all the way down to 1 unit.

Are these in retail packaging?

Yes, our products can come in the original retail packaging. However, we do offer other options such as Bulk in plastic cases, Bulk in ESD Bags, Bulk on Tray, and Bulk rubber bands. Minimum order quantities may apply to Bulk options out of retail packaging and are subject to additional costs.

Are these real SanDisk products?

Yes, These are real SanDisk Products. All of our branded products are authentic merchandise.

Can I, the customer, purchase with a PO?

Yes, you can purchase with a PO. However we have a Net30 Terms Application process that you will need to be approved for. If you are interested in obtaining Net30 Terms Please contact us directly and we can further assist you.

Can I, the customer, submit a PO for an order?

Yes, you can send us a Purchase Order ( PO). When it comes to submitting a PO we ask that you provide us with a form of payment. If you submitted a PO with one of our sales reps they will be in touch with you to take your payment. If you placed an order through our website there is comment box when you checkout that allows you to place your PO number there.

Where can I, the customer, send my PO?

You can send PO’s to service@bulkmemorycards.com and one of our sales team members will contact you to confirm your PO was received.

Does EBS accept tax exempt forms from resellers/gov buyers?

We do not charge tax to customers outside of PA. However if you are in the state of PA and have Tax Exemption forms you can send them to us at service@bulkmemorycards.com and we will document that we have received that form.

Does EBS sell to resellers?

Yes, We do sell to resellers! Some of our best customers are resellers. We encourage you to contact a member of our sales team if you are making regular bulk orders.
